Credit Card
• A valid credit card in the guest’s name is required at booking and check-in
• If booking for another guest, that guest must present their own credit card at check-in
• Credit cards on file will be charged for deposits, reservations, merchandise, and fees

Deposits - Stays 6 Nights or Fewer
• First night + tax
• The total amount of a non-refundable reservation may be charged anytime

Deposits - Extended Stays (7+ Nights)
• Weekly: Weekly rate + tax
• Monthly: Monthly rate
• Half of extended stay deposits are non-refundable
• Extended stays may require additional approval

Cancellations
• Hotel: Cancel by 3 PM (MST/MDT) the day prior to original check-in date
• RV Park: Cancel by 12 PM (MST/MDT) the day prior to original check-in date
• Non-Refundable Rates: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows
• OTA Reservations (Booking.com/Expedia/etc): Follow the OTA's policy

Occupancy
• Children 12 and under stay free and count toward occupancy
• Guests age 13+ are charged as adults
• Rooms allowing more than two adults: $25 per additional adult per night

Pets
Hotel:
• One dog (≤45 lbs) allowed in Rooms 11, 25, 26, 27, 201, 202, 203 (management approval required)
• Pets must never be left unattended; leash required outside the room (except Dog Park)
• $25/night pet fee
• Owners assume all liability
• Violations may result in removal without refund
RV Park:
• Must be leashed outside the Dog Park
• Owners assume all liability
• Failure to control or clean up after pets may result in removal without refund

RV Park Facilities & Amenities:
• Full hook-ups (water/sewer/electric) + WiFi
• Fee-based bath house access
• Electric space heaters prohibited; violations may result in removal without refund

Liability & Conduct
• Property not responsible for allergies, lost/damaged items, or vehicle/RV contents
• Additional fees may apply for damage, cleaning, or special requests
• Disturbances may result in removal without refund
• Staff may enter rooms/sites for maintenance, cleaning, or policy checks
• No personal cooking/beverage appliances in hotel rooms (medical devices exempt)

Smoking
• No smoking/vaping indoors; $250 fee for evidence of indoor smoking and possible removal
• Tobacco smoking/vaping permitted only in designated outdoor areas
• Public marijuana use prohibited by Colorado law

Shuttle Service
• Operated by the City of Cripple Creek
• Not affiliated with the hotel/RV park
• Not responsible for schedule changes or service disruptions
• Guests receive a shuttle card at check-in for direct contact
